IIT-Guwahati to host world mechanics conference

The Indian Institute of Technology - Guwahati (IIT-G) is set to host the Second International Congress on Computational Mechanics and Simulation (ICCMS-06) from Dec 8 to provide a platform for scientists, engineers and designers to exchange views and experiences.

A number of national and international delegates from academia, research and development bodies and industries would deliberate on various problems related to computational mechanics and simulation in the three-day meet, a statement said.
